Amend Title V to include gender dysphoria under mental health requirements for federal hiring?
This bill would amend Title V to add an additional mental health requirement for covered positions in the federal government. This bill would prohibit individuals who have been diagnosed with gender dysphoria from being hired for federal covered positions.
