Should Congress expedite environmental reviews of mining projects?
This bill would expedite environmental reviews of mining projects. Under this bill, certain mining infrastructure projects would be expedited through the FAST Act. This bill would also prevent the adoption of a proposed rule to limit the types of projects that could be expedited through this bill.
