Should Congress establish new sanctions against Russia?
This bill establishes sanctions, tariffs, and prohibitions against Russia. This includes blocking visas from individuals connected with the Russian military or defense, increasing tariffs on imported Russian goods, blocking certain property investments from Russian companies and institutions, among other things.
