Reauthorize programs to address Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD)?
This bill would reauthorize programs that address Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD). This would also modify programs to include educational and research programs. The FASD Respect Act would establish FASD Centers for Excellence to support activities such as public awareness campaigns, screenings, and trainings.
