This bill has Passed the House of Representatives
Bill Summary

H.R. 187 would have the federal land and water management agencies in the Departments of Agriculture and Interior create a comprehensive publication of Federal waterways. Federal waterways are bodies of water on or near federal land. The agencies must develop and publish online all the relevant information on Federal waterways such as Federal fishing restrictions and the ability to use watercraft within five years. The Secretaries must also work with the relevant partners, allow for public comment, and update the information twice a year. Finally, the Secretaries must send progress reports to the relevant Congressional committees every year for the next ten years. Sponsor: Rep. Blake D. Moore (Republican, Utah, District 1)
